AMBER HOLLAND and her Team won the 2011 Scotties Tournament and the Silver Medal for the 2011 World Championship. Born and raised in Saskatchewan she started curling in 4H at the age of 9 and in 1992 won the Canadian Junior Curling Championship. Then with Team won the Silver Medal at the 1993 World Junior Curling Championship.

It is Amber's ability to be cool, calm and collected that struck me about her, and she has been a strong supporter of giving children opportunities to play, through her work with Saskatchewan Curling Association. Amber, after a hiatus, has officially formed a Team and returned to the curling circuit. I wish her great success as we get the pleasure of watching this class act once again. COMPOSURE.
