I create each ART MUG personally. Once your order is received and confirmed, the order is processed. I then create by quality inks and papers, sublimation printing of the mug in heat press of the desired images. Once approved for quality, it is then shipped direct to you. Your custom made order is packaged well to travel safe to you.

If your purchase was damaged in shipping then notify myself ASAP. I have a 30 day replacement policy. Please advise by taking photos and forwarding the pertinent information and I will confirm and send out a replacement. ASAP

I ask all clients to consider their purchase well before submitting. I receive and confirm. The prints and ART MUGS are published and created to the best of standards, packaging is designed for it to arrive safe. Once the order has been confirmed there will be no refunds. But I will always accept critique and do my best to improve.

I gift a gratuity to my subjects and muses. It is 50% of the net. After the costs of production and studio, I split it. Creating and bringing support to these important causes and individuals.

I am always open to ideas that concentrate on direct cause and reaction. I believe in supporting children always.
